About the Role
As a Business & Strategy Analyst for Lonemont you will become an integral member of our team. In addition, you will gain the fundamentals of what it takes to be successful in a boutique management consulting firm. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying business needs, coming up with proposals for achieving strategic visions, leading consulting sessions with firm management, providing strategy proposals based on business objectives, identifying growth areas, and analyzing models for data-driven strategy recommendations.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
• Conduct business, market, strategic, industry analysis, and reporting
• Create business strategy plans and presentations
• Participate in project scoping and strategic planning
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operational requirements
• Work with management to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities
• Determine business roadmap and provide support in business planning
• Recommend business improvements based on market and competitive trends
• Multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to self-motivate with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.
Background in entrepreneurship, management consulting, business strategy, venture capital, and investment banking preferred.
Strategic yet creative thinker, self-starter, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop a narrative based on data driven insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and exciting environment.
Able to adhere to strict deadlines and produce quality work.
Excellent follow through and attention to detail.
Skill with Excel and PowerPoint.
Well rounded and personable.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Strong work ethic.
